The VICTORY model is our model for dealing with planning applications positively. It is a 7 step approach to development site analysis that can be applied on any site in the UK and works with all 4 discrete planning systems. VICTORY has been developed using our considerable knowledge and experience to create an accessible framework allowing developers to use the English Planning System to get planning permission.

Guildford is a riverside town in the heart of Surrey and boasts a stunning High Street with historic sights and beautiful architecture. Guildford is also one of the best-connected towns in the UK and is less than 40 miles from London with direct links to Portsmouth.

🚆 By rail: Guildford benefits from two train stations, both only a short walk from the town’s shops and attractions. Frequent train services operate from Guildford Station to London Waterloo, with an average journey time of 35 minutes.
