The scheme is currently formatted as 5 separate units. Units 3-5 have already received Class E status (after the previous owner breached previous planning apps). Unit 1 has a resi planning application in progress & Unit 2 is currently stated as B8.
I am assessing the viability of converting all 5 units into Use Class C3 residential (5 x 2 bed terrace) using permitted development.
